2) Does the hair sheds and/or tangles? 

No! Each bundles of hair is made using a single donor which means that the cuticles flows in one direction preventing any tangling or matting of the hair, and there's minimal shedding!

3) Is the hair good quality?

Yes! Our hair is of great quality, especially for the price! We sell grade 8a hair and can supply a different grade upon request. We have plans to start our premium virgin hair extensions line soon, which will give you the option to choose between more affordable options, which are still good quality hair vs. more expensive options that has longer longevity and better quality than our affordable virgin hair bundles.

4) Can the hair be dyed, bleached, straighten, or curled?

Yes, our hair is 100% virgin hair. This means that the hair has not been previously processed and is in its natural state. You can treat our hair just like you treat your natural hair, and play with different styles, curls, and colors. 

5) How long can the hair last?

Our affordable hair line can last anywhere from 3-6 months with proper care! And once we launch our premium virgin hair bundles those can last 6 months to a year or longer with proper care. It's really up to you and how you maintain the hair. Frequent washes and daily moisturizing can really keep up with the longevity of your hair bundles. 

6) How long does processing and shipping takes?

Processing takes less than 24 hours and shipping takes 2-5 days on average 3 days. We also provide our customers with tracking numbers once their order has shipped. And shipping is always free!

8) Do you accept returns?

We do have a return policy! If you received the wrong item you can return the hair back to us and will pay for the return shipping! We can't accept return after 14 days of purchase so be sure to check your order as soon as it arrives. You can read more on our returns policy by clicking here!
